Aeromet's smoke school program has undergone a Federal audit and is approved in Idaho. Upon completion, you will be certified to conduct EPA Method 9 Observations in Idaho. We return to each public smoke school location every 6 months to ensure your certification does not expire.
For first time smoke school attendees; we strongly recommend reviewing the visible emission observation lecture CD before attending the Idaho public smoke school. Information about our lecture CD can be found here. Additionally, it is recommended that you attend our free First Time Opacity Observer Orientation which starts at 7:30 A.M. at each Aeromet public smoke school event.
