For first-time attendees; we strongly recommend reviewing our EPA Method 9 lecture CD before attending the public smoke school in Detroit. Information about our lecture CD can be found here. Additionally, it is recommended that you attend our First Time Opacity Observer Orientation which starts at 7:30 A.M. at each Detroit public smoke school.

Aeromet's smoke school meets or exceeds all Federal and Michigan state smoke school requirements.  You will be certified to conduct EPA Method 9 observations after successful completion of our smoke school.
