First-time Smoke School Attendees: We recommend viewing our EPA Method 9 lecture CD before the Charleston public smoke school. Information about our lecture CD can be found here. It is also recommended that you attend our First Time Opacity Observer Orientation which starts at 7:30 A.M. at each Charleston smoke school event. Orientation is free with a paid field registration and covers basic opacity observation principles.
Aeromet's smoke schools are Federally-audited and meet Federal and WV State smoke school requirements. You will be certified to conduct EPA Method 9 observations after completing our smoke school.
If you are interested in learning about a private smoke school for your company in Charleston, please click here or call Gabe Keilholz at 573-636-6393 for a no-obligation proposal. Private EPA Method 9 Certification courses are available throughout West Virginia and can offer significant cost-savings over public smoke schools depending on the number of attendees you have.
