Our smoke school program has undergone a Federal audit and is valid in the State of Michigan. You will be certified to conduct EPA Method 9 Observations after successful completion of our Michigan smoke school. We return to each public smoke school location every 6 months to ensure your certification does not expire.
For All First-Time Smoke School Attendees: we strongly recommend reviewing our visible emission observation lecture CD before the public smoke school. Information about our lecture CD can be found here. Additionally, it is recommended that you attend our First Time Opacity Observer Orientation which starts at 7:30 A.M. on the day of the public smoke school.
