For first-time smoke school attendees; we recommend viewing our EPA Method 9 lecture CD before the Springfield public smoke school. Information about our lecture CD can be found here. Additionally, it is recommended that you attend our First Time Opacity Observer Orientation which starts at 7:30 A.M. at each Springfield public smoke school. Orientation is free with a paid field registration.
Aeromet's smoke school program is Federally audited and meets Missouri state requirements. You will be certified to conduct EPA Method 9 observations after successful completion of our smoke school program.
