Aeromet's smoke schools meet or exceed Federal and State smoke school requirements. After successful completion of our smoke school, you will be certified to perform EPA Method 9 observations.
If you are a first-time smoke school attendee, we recommend viewing our EPA Method 9 lecture CD before the public smoke school. Information about our lecture CD can be found here. Additionally, it is recommended that you attend our First Time Opacity Observer Orientation which starts at 7:30 A.M. at each Lincoln public smoke school. Orientation is free with a paid field registration and covers basic principles that will be utilized during the field test.
To learn about a private smoke school at your facility in the Lincoln area, please click here or call Gabe Keilholz at 573-636-6393 for a no-obligation proposal. Private EPA Method 9 Certification courses are available throughout Nebraska and the United States and can offer significant cost-savings over public smoke schools depending on the number of attendees you have. Aeromet's private smoke schools meet the same requirements as their public smoke schools and are a recognized format for obtaining your EPA Method 9 certification.
