Aeromet's smoke school program has undergone a Federal audit and is approved in Pennsylvania. Upon successful completion, you will be certified to conduct EPA Method 9 Observations. We return to each public location every 6 months to ensure your certification does not expire.
For first time smoke school attendees, we recommend reviewing our visible emission observation lecture CD before the Pennsylvania public smoke school. Information about our lecture CD can be found here. Additionally, it is recommended that you attend our First Time Opacity Observer Orientation which starts at 7:30 A.M. on the day of field certification.
If you are interested in learning about a private smoke school at your facility in Pennsylvania, please click here or call Gabe Keilholz at 573-636-6393 for a no-obligation proposal. Private EPA Method 9 Certification courses are available throughout Pennsylvania and can offer significant cost-savings over public smoke schools depending on the number of attendees you have.
